
LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- It's a little bit of life imitating art for Kristin Davis.
The "Sex and The City" star has adopted a baby girl -- Gemma Rose Davis - her rep confirmed to Access Hollywood on Friday.

"This is something I have wanted for a very long time," the actress said in a statement.. "Having this wish come true is even more gratifying than I ever had imagined. I feel so blessed."
Kristin's "SATC" character, Charlotte York Goldenblatt, actually adopted her first child too. The character, and husband Harry Goldenblatt, adopted fictional baby Lily from China.
