We are seeking a Business Administration & Customer Service Tutor / Assessor for a job based in the Harrogate area. The successful Business Administration and Customer Service Assessor / Tutor will play a full part in curriculum innovation and quality and delivery in the Further Education sector. This is a temporary 0.9(FTE) role at 33.3 hours / week role to start immediately. You will be reporting into the Head of School on a weekly basis.

Delivering and assessing NVQ?s in Business Administration and Customer Service and associated practical sessions
Delivering up to level 3
Delivering to the 14-19 age group
Qualifications and experience you will need for this Business Administration
And Customer Service Assessor / Tutor job ? based in Harrogate:
Teaching / training/ assessing experience is essential
Cert Ed/PGCE or equivalent qualification is essential
TAQA Assessor or equivalent award are essential
Experience of delivering Customer Service and Business Administrations NVQ?s up to Level 3
Use of IT
Must hold a full driving licence
