Beruff keeps gobbling up land - Inside Real Estate - Sarasota Herald ...

Forestar USA Real Estate Group Inc., an Atlanta company that owns 146,000 acres in seven states, has sold 109 vacant lots in the River Plantation neighborhood of Parrish to Cargor CM Property Investments Inc. for $2.144 million, or $19,700 per lot.

Cargor, a Bradenton company managed by Carlos Beruff, financed the purchase with a $1.5 million loan from the seller.

Forestar bought River Plantation lots in April in a $2.215 million deal that included another 130 lots in the Creekside Oaks neighborhood.
